Following customer confirmation of the mold structure plan, the engineering department conducts a comprehensive review of the plan and project completion timeline. Various departments discuss potential issues during mold processing, propose optimization solutions, and maintain records. We also provide customers with clear schedules, including design confirmation, mold frame ordering, processing of components like electrodes and cores, electrical discharge machining, and mold assembly. Weekly progress updates are shared to ensure customers are informed of each stage. Any issues are promptly addressed to ensure quality and timely completion of the mold.
